Ocean Day? 🌊
Observed each year on June 8, Ocean Day is a global celebration dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of our oceans and the role they play in sustaining life on Earth. Oceans produce much of the oxygen we breathe, regulate our climate, provide food and resources, and are home to an incredible variety of marine life.
Ocean Day encourages people around the world to learn about marine ecosystems, promote environmental stewardship, and take simple actions that help protect our waters for future generations. It serves as a reminder that healthy oceans are essential to a healthy planet.
